KB Home KBH shares rose in the extended session Wednesday after the home builder’s results and outlook topped Wall Street estimates. KB Home shares rose as much as 4% after hours, following a 1.9% rise in the regular session to close at $52.01. The company reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $164.4 million, or $1.94 a share, compared with $210.6 million, or $2.32 a share, in the year-ago period. Revenue rose to $1.77 billion from $1.72 billion in the year-ago quarter. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had forecast $1.33 a share on revenue of $1.43 billion. KB Home forecast full-year revenue of $5.8 billion to $6.2 billion, while analysts expect $5.67 billion.
