Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd. FIHL on Tuesday said it expects to price 17 million shares at an estimated range of $16 to $19 a share in its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FIHL. At the midpoint of its estimate price range, Fidelis will raise about $298 million with underwriters J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Jefferies. Principal shareholders of the company include Crestview Funds, CBC, Goldman Sachs, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
