Blue Apron Holdings Inc. introduced its seasonal meal kits on Thursday with the launch of the Summer Lobster Box. Available with or without a subscription starting June 10, the boxes include recipes for Maine lobster rolls, potato salad, and other dishes, as well as tips for hosting and a lemonade cocktail recipe. The boxes will begin shipping on June 27. Last week, Blue Apron announced that its kits will be available on Walmart’s e-commerce site, sending shares soaring. Those kits are also available without a subscription. Blue Apron shares climbed 1.4% in Thursday premarket trading, and have slumped more than 58% for the year to date.
