President Joe Biden will attend a NATO summit in Brussels on March 24 to discuss Russia’s war on Ukraine, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday. Biden will “discuss ongoing deterrence and defense efforts in response to Russia’s unprovoked attack on Ukraine,” Psaki said. The president is also scheduled on Tuesday to sign a bill providing $13.6 billion in additional military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine as part of a $1.5 trillion government spending measure.
