U.S. stocks opened lower Thursday, losing ground as yields on Treasurys and other government bonds rose after the European Central Bank affirmed it will begin lifting interest rates in July. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 150 points, or 0.5% while the S&P 500 fell 18 points, or 0.4%, and the Nasdaq Composite shed 60 points, or 0.5%.
