Talkspace Inc. said Monday its executive team will assume the responsibilities of chief operating officer Mark Hirschhorn, who has resigned. The company said Hirschhorn stepped down following an internal review of his “conduct in connection with a company offsite that took place last week,” according to a statement. The company did not elaborate. Shares of Talkspace fell 1% in pre-market trades.
