Overstock.com Inc. OSTK on Monday said that Chief Marketing Officer Angela Hsu resigned from that position on Sept. 6 and that it will start looking for a replacement. President Dave Nielsen has taken on Hsu’s responsibilities, and Hsu will “transition to an advisory role,” the company said in a filing. The e-commerce platform, which is rebranding itself into an online version of home-goods retailer Bed Bath & Beyond, said Hsu’s decision to resign was “not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations including its ongoing re-branding efforts.” Shares were up 0.2% after hours on Monday.
