Job Description

My client is a pioneer and leader in a workforce resilience suite (performance metrics software). They were founded in 2010, still privately held – currently 30 million and plan to be 45 million by the end of next year. Rapid growth, well-funded and profitable.

 

Due to expansion – they are looking for a Regional Vice President (individual contributor, sales) – this is remote and the person can be located anywhere in the US. Current account development and new business development to very large, high caliber clients.

Average deal size: 500k – 1 million (subscription)

Average sale cycle: 9 months

Territory: depending on location

 

Experience

  • Hunter/sales in enterprise software (not mid market)
  • Knowledge of selling to HR/selling HR SaaS
  • Sell to c-level
  • Dynamic, strategic and outstanding presentation skills
