Herbalife discloses Carl Icahn has sold off remaining stake

Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. disclosed Thursday that billionaire activist investor Carl Icahn has sold off his entire stake in the nutritional supplements seller, effectively ending his eight-year involvement with the company. After disclosing in January that Icahn In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Herbalife said Icahn now owns 0% of the shares outstanding. In January, it was disclosed that Icahn trimmed his stake to 8.02 million shares, or 6.7% of the shares outstanding.
