Glaxo says it’s terminated former Trump vaccine czar over harassment allegation

GlaxoSmithKline said it’s terminated Moncef Slaoui, the former head of Operation Warp Speed, as chair of majority held Galvani Bioelectronics. Glaxo said the termination came after a letter alleged sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct towards an employee when Slaoui was at Glaxo. The drugmaker said an experienced law firm investigating the allegations “substantiated” them and called Slaoui’s behavior “wholly unacceptable.” Alphabet has a minority stake in Galvani.
