Stocks rallied into the closing bell Thursday, shaking off early weakness tied to Microsoft Corp.’s lowered guidance and worries about the pace of Federal Reserve rate increases. The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended with a gain of around 435 points, or 1.3%, to end near 33,248, according to preliminary figures, while the S&P 500 advanced 76 points, or 1.8%, to close near 4,177. The Nasdaq Composite advanced around 322 points, or 2.7% to 12,317.
