Product Manager

My client is a leader in workforce optimization. They provide call and video recording, quality management and speech analytics for contact centers.  They have just under $30 million in revenue, growing at 20%, privately held, self-funded with no debt.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Product Manager - East of the Mississippi (remote/home based).

This person will:

  • Define and maintain the platform roadmap
  • Manage the product lifecycle from strategic product planning to tactical activities, collaborating closely with sr. management in product, marketing and engineering as well as architects
  • Research and champion trends, technologies and capabilities
  • Develop positioning, messaging and use cases for the Platform features

Average selling price: $100k-$300k


  • 5+ product management
  • Cloud computing/infrastructure
  • SaaS experience on the “inside”
  • Big plus if you’ve helped build a product and have a technical nature

Base: $80k-$90k + Bonus
