Sales Executive

My client is a provider of new innovatively-based entrepreneurial Onboarding software solutions based in Minneapolis, MN. The new business will provide Hosted SaaS solutions for organizations to help employers better engage, retain and ramp-up new employees. This will boost the applicant experience, while at the same time reducing the operational costs associated with the onboarding process. The services and software combine to create an innovative workflow engine that streamlines paper-based processes. Their solution will increase recruiter productivity, reduce employee turnover and shorten the time to employee productivity.

They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for a Sales Executive in their Eden Prairie, MN office or remote in the East or West.

Experience:

  • Hunter
  • Mid-Market to Enterprise (2500+ employees)
  • Onboarding/HCM experience. Talent acquisition solutions
  • C-Level selling (customer facing is a plus)
  • Coming from a start-up is a plus
  • Proven track record
  • Understand HR market

Base: $70k-$85k HIGH $100k
OTE: 50/50 split. $190k earnings at quota +equity UNCAPPED
