Sr. Sales Executive

My client is a leading provider of an on-demand employee relations and workplace investigation solution (case management software). They’ve been established since 2006, privately held, self-funded, profitable and growing at 20% - companies like LinkedIn, ADP & Bloomberg use their solution – it’s really one of it’s kind.

They are looking for 2 Senior Sales Executive in the NY/NJ area. These sales people will be responsible for their case management software - selling/hunting and developing the territory (open & tbd).  This is 100% new business development.

  1. Mid-Market Sales – sell to companies under 10k employees (Average selling price: $40k-$60k / Average sales cycle: 3-4 months) 

  2. Enterprise Sales - sell to companies over 10k employees (Average selling price: $80k-$100k / Average sales cycle: 6-8 months) 

Experience:

  • SAAS
  • Any type of HR Tech
  • Hunter
  • Selling software to HR depts.

 

Other Info:

  • 1-5 million in revenue
  • Customers: LinkedIn, ADP, Bloomberg, Kutztown Univ, Prestige, Kone
  • Inbound lead generation team

Mid-Market Base: $70k-$80k / Enterprise Base: $100k-$125k
