Regional Sales Manager

My client is a leading provider of proactive end-user performance monitoring solutions built for distributed, cloud-connected, and digital enterprise. They are growing and profitable and looking for a Regional Sales Manager opportunity in their Boston office.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience selling and managing SaaS, networking, application perf. Management sales people
  • Need strong leadership and accountability
  • Sold to companies that are over $1B in revenue or more.
  • Cold calling but closes deals and has experience being customer facing.
  • Good work ethic and has aptitude/ability to learn

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing 5-7 reps per manager
  • Managing entire sales cycle
  • Create new business and maintain existing business as well
  • Provide technical insight on the value add of solutions

Base: $110k-$130k
OTE: $220k-$260k
