Vice President, Customer Success

My client is a leading provider of source-to-pay and enterprise contract lifecycle management solutions. Established in 1996. They have been recognized in multiple categories in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Procurement and sourcing solutions.

They are growing and profitable and looking to bring on a new Vice President, Customer Success located anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer success activities and outcomes while leading a CSM team
  • Expand revenue in accounts through identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Define and optimize customer lifecycle
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and customer reference-ability
  • Maintain renewal rates

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in leading complex CSM teams and clients (1000 employee+ or $1B in rev.)
  • Knows the procurement, ERP SaaS Space
  • Strong empathy for customer and passion for revenue and growth
  • Background in post-sales and sales experience
  • Has sold ELCM. P2P, spend management solutions
  • Has experience with salesforce.com or another CRM system
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Base: $150k-$165k
