Enterprise Account Executive

My client is a category leader in Active Strategy Management. It’s a breakthrough SaaS solution that helps managers and their teams coordinate priorities in real time, do and share work, automate status reports and improve feedback loops. The company was founded in 2013 (by a CEO who has taken 3 companies public) and has experienced major growth since. 

They are expanding their sales team and looking for 2 Enterprise Account Executives in the NY Metro and Boston area (remote).
This person will be responsible for selling their SaaS performance management solutions to F500 companies in the NY Metro & Boston territories. Cross vertical. This is 70% new business development and 30 % existing business.
Average sales cycle: 6-9 months / Average selling price:150-350k


  • Enterprise Sales experience (preferably SaaS based)
  • Business acumen
  • C-Level selling (customer facing is a plus)
  • Coming from a start-up is a plus

    Base: $130k-$160k (can go higher depending on experience) +negotiable draw avail
    OTE: $300k

    Accelerators on plan + bonus (no cap)
