Regional Sales Manager

My client is a leading provider of comprehensive video surveillance management systems. They systems are designed for a full range of surveillance technology needs from analog to IP to Cloud. They software scaled from entry level to enterprise and provides everything needed to manage a multi-server, multi-site Video surveillance installation.

They are growing and profitable and looking for Regional Sales Managers in Denver, NY, Houston, and Canada.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience with solution based sales.
  • Experience with IP Camera and network infrastructure experience or VMS sales is a plus
  • 50-70% overnight travel expected.
  • College degree required
  • No more than 3 jobs in 10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Consult, design and develop sales strategies with Salient customers
  • 80% new 20% existing in NY/Houston 100% new in Denver
  • Manage all sales, marketing and promotional programs for all aspects of the channel in the region including manufacturer rep firms, distributors, Sis, dealers, consultants, tech partners and OEMs.

Base: $80k-$90k
OTE: $130-$180k
