Sales Director

My client is a is a leading consulting firm that helps health and life science companies become high performing, compliant and digitally connected. They power business transformation and deliver better business outcomes by providing valuable consulting services as a trusted partner. They have low turnover and the average tenure in the company is 7 years.

Right now they’re expanding their team and looking for a Sales Director near Cranford, NJ or Plymouth Meeting, PA. This person will be responsible for owning and directing the business development and sales efforts for the vertical. Accounts to be given/assigned. Establish account targets. Identify and schedule meetings with customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ of experience in the consulting and technology industry with a proven track record of business development.
  • Capable of driving the intellectual content on projects.
  • Strong leadership skills. Mentorship experience.
  • Experienced in developing client relationships with senior executives for purpose of account expansion.
  • Thought leadership role with strategic perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Specialty Knowledge areas with openings include:
  • Life Sciences – R&D, Clinical, Commercial and Supply Chain.
  • Bachelor’s Degree mandatory with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Hold current memberships in key related industry trade associations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
