They are growing and profitable and looking for a Sales Enablement Manager opportunity in their Boston office.

Experience:

  • 5 years training experience, previous sales education experience
  • Sales training
  • General knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry
  • Good work ethic and has aptitude/ability to learn/ highly organized

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple departments including sales marketing, product management
  • Trains new sales hires
  • Provide technical insight on the value add of solutions

Base: $100k-$110k
OTE: bonus & options
