Position Summary

Known for its scientific and operational excellence, our client is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. They commercialize medicines for eye diseases, high LDL-cholesterol, atopic dermatitis and a rare inflammatory condition and has product candidates in development in other areas of high unmet medical need, including rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, pain, cancer and infectious diseases.

Summary:
The Data Integrity Lead is a key contributor to the Commercial IT team , responsible for ensuring the Master Data Management process is efficient and effective from end-to-end. Identifies process improvements and enhancements to ensure accurate and timely data for Field-based professionals, their management and the Home Office. This position is critical in helping to ensure that the Commercial systems and the data contained therein fully meet the needs of the business and that the associated policies, procedures and processes are effectively implemented and maintained. Review and monitor of service level metrics and performance and initiate corrective action when necessary. This individual works with members of Commercial Operations and Sales, as well as external third parties, to continuously improve and validate data provided to our business partners.

Responsibilities:
• With strategic direction from the Director of Customer Management, responsible for the operational governance of customer data.
o Establish business rules for managing the company’s master data to allow for a high quality, single point of reference.
o Develop and implement data standards, processes and procedures, and Data governance for new systems and business processes.
o Develop and analyze metrics for data quality and data management processes.
• Oversee the Data Quality and Stewardship efforts of the outsourced partner, which consists of providing guidance to business rules and procedures for customer validation requests, resolving escalated issues related to data stewardship and quality, and engaging with other departments/stakeholders to communicate data stewardship processes.
• Ensure compliance and maintain knowledge of and adhere to internal compliance policies and procedures for customer information.
• Engage with the industry to learn about best practices to help in building excellence in customer data.
• Support the Director of Customer Management with customer data driven initiatives through project management and requirements input.

Requirements:
• Pharmaceutical or relevant healthcare experience with HCP/HCA Customer Data.
• Commercial-Sales Operations/Analytics Experience.
• Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality expertise.
• Process-oriented
• Ability to influence across functions.
• Bachelors College Degree required, BA or BS
• 7-9 years' experience
