The company delivers its solutions through multiple cloud-based vehicles: Software as a Service (SaaS), Hosted Subscription and in some cases premises-based licensure to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses. The company has multiple regional offices in the US, Canada and around the globe including Europe and APAC.  They were founded in 1990, are privately held and profitable.

They are growing their sales team and looking for a Customer Sales Director in Chicago– home based. This person will be developing the territory of Chicago– its 100% new business, Enterprise vertical, enterprise accounts (companies with 3k employees and above)
Territory- covers Upper Midwest ND-OK-AK-IL


  • HCM/HR/SaaS
  • 8-10+ years
