Senior Sales Executive

My client is becoming a leader in the employee engagement space. They offer a people success platform which offers real-time cloud solutions to measure employee engagement, retention and performance. They were founded in 2013, spent 2 years growing and now already at $15 million in revenue, with 150 employees. They still privately held, growing rapidly with no debt.

They are expanding their sales team and looking for a Senior Sales Executive in the Mid Atlantic (N. VA to MD). This person will be responsible for selling the employee engagement platform to the mid-market (companies with 1-5k employees – any vertical). This person will be developing new business but also inherit a pipeline of business
Average deal size: $100k-$130k / Average Sales Cycle: 2-4 months
Territory: Mid Atlantic 


  • SaaS Tech sales (preferable in the HR/HCM industry)
  • Hunter
  • Good track record, steady job movement
