Responsibilities:

  • Present solutions to C-level executive within the mid-market which is 1000-5000 employees
  • Target CHROS, SVP, and VP of HR
  • Hunt new business 60% (40% existing)

Experience:

  • 5+ years HCM, employee engagement/recognition SW sales experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Hungry
