Account Manager

My client is a leader in IT solutions and services. They are an outsourced software solutions and software maintenance/development solutions company.  They were established in 1983, have about $65 million in revenue and are very profitable and continue to grow (they’ve had no layoffs in over 6 years) and are debt free.

They are expanding their team and looking for an Account Manager in their new Edison, NJ location or their Montvale, NJ location. This could lead to management for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling large, strategic accounts
  • Commutable to Edison, NJ or Montvale, NJ
  • Experience in IT services

Other Info:

  • Company is expanding, wants to go from $65 million revenue to $130 million by 2020
  • This person will manage three large accounts
  • Largest account is responsible for about $25 million in revenue each year (Financial services account)
  • Growing rapidly Brand new office
  • Large company but still keeps that small company approach
  • Very low turnover due to the amount of success of the current employees
  • Have an atmosphere that makes people want to come to work
  • Have more requirements that can be handled – this is an expansion role

 

Base: $65k-$80k+
OTE: $115k-$135k+
