Regional VP, Customer Success

My client is a leader in human resource management technology. The company delivers its solutions through multiple cloud-based vehicles: Software as a Service (SaaS), Hosted Subscription and in some cases premises-based licensure to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses. The company has multiple regional offices in the US, Canada and around the globe including Europe and APAC.  They were founded in 1990, are privately held and profitable.

They are growing their sales team and looking for a Regional VP, Customer Success on the East coast. This person will be developing the Customer success managers–territory covers east. 

Experience:

  • HCM/HR/SaaS
  • 8-10+ years sales and management
  • Enterprise level selling (strategic sales)
  • Sold to VP HR, CHRO, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a region on our North American Customer Success Team with overall responsibility for customer loyalty, renewal, reference ability, and portfolio expansion.
  • Develop and deploy programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage 5-8 people

Base: $140k-$150k
