My client is a leader in human resource management technology. The company delivers its solutions through multiple cloud-based vehicles: Software as a Service (SaaS), Hosted Subscription and in some cases premises-based licensure to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses. The company has multiple regional offices in the US, Canada and around the globe including Europe and APAC.  They were founded in 1990, are privately held and profitable.

They are growing their sales team and looking for a Customer Sales Director in  the East– home based.

Experience:

  • HCM/HR/SaaS
  • 8-10+ years
  • Enterprise level selling (strategic sales)
  • Sold to VP HR, CHRO, etc.
  • Hunter role – 100% New Business OR hybrid of new vs.

 

Responsibilities:
Manage the sales component of the customer relationship with assigned portfolio of customers. Drive new bookings and customer satisfaction by proactively calling into the prospect base within the assigned territory and into the assigned customer base alongside the assigned Customer Success Manager.

OTE: $250k
