Right now they are expanding and looking to bring on a Manager of Business Development in Chicago, IL. This person responsible for managing and hiring an inside sales team as well as developing marketing email campaigns.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

  • Inside Sales Management
  • Lead Generation and demand generation experience
  • Successful record of managing inside lead generation teams
  • Ability to articulate and professionally present solutions and to respond to customer needs
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to move sales opportunities along the sales cycle

Base: $95K-$110K
OTE: $105K-140K
