Sales Engineer

My client is the leader in cloud data protection and information management. They’ve been established since 2008 and have just under $50 million in revenue.  They grew 50% the last 2 years and anticipate another 80% growth this year. They are expanding rapidly, with great cash flow.

They are now looking for Sales Engineer in the Bay area (ideally near the Sunnyvale office) – can be home based.
This person will be responsible for supporting 1-2 sales reps (only in the Bay area, not a lot of travel) with strictly pre sales duties (no presales) of their full suite of Enterprise Endpoint Backup, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Secure File Sharing, Endpoint Data Governance, Cloud Server Backup and Archiving, and server backup. All commercial accounts, cross vertical. This is a customer facing role.

Average Selling Price: $60k / Average deal size: 60-90 days
All AE’s on the team are 150-200% of quota
