Account Executive

My client is a leader in news aggregation and real-time distribution for the financial services, corporate enterprise, web portals and publishers. They’ve been established since 2001, have $25 million in revenue, and are extremely profitable. 

They are expanding and looking for an Account Executive near their Roseland, NJ office.This person will be 100% farming existing accounts – you will be given 100-150, money producing accounts to maintain and increase business.
 

Experience:

  • Sales
  • Farmer
  • Fast learner (don’t need news/market data technology experience so need to be able to learn the products quickly)
  • Big plus if you know the financial industry (banks, hedge funds, traders, brokerage firms, etc) & sold software
  • Driven and motivated – wants to work for a fast passed entrepreneurial company.

  • They acquired a large real time news company 7 years ago.
  • They provide inbound content management services for major players like: Schwab, Thomson, NASDAQ, FactSet, SNL Financial, Alpha Trade, One Source and Hoovers.
  • Privately owned and operated – self funded.

Base: $60k-$75k+ (negotiable for the right experience)
OTE: $90k-$100k
