Sales Executive

 My client is a leader in news aggregation and real-time distribution for the financial services, corporate enterprise, web portals and publishers. They’ve been established since 2001, have $25 million in revenue, and are extremely profitable. 

They are expanding and looking for a Sales Executive near their Roseland, NJ office. This person will be selling their full suite of products in the NY Metro area. You will sell to companies that have an average of 75-100 seats. It is 100% new business development.

 Experience:

  • Hunter (outside sales)
  • Sold to the financial industry (banks, hedge funds, traders, brokerage firms, etc) is a big plus
  • Someone who knows how to sell real time information is also another plus
  • Driven and motivated – wants to work for a fast passed entrepreneurial company.

 

Other Info:

  • They acquired a large real time news company 7 years ago.
  • They provide inbound content management services for major players like: Schwab, Thomson, NASDAQ, FactSet, SNL Financial, Alpha Trade, One Source and Hoovers.
  • Privately owned and operated – self funded.

  • Average deal size: $25k-$30k (contracts)

 

Base: $80k-$100k+ (negotiable for the right experience)
OTE: $125k-$175k
Quota: $300k-$500k
