Business Development Manager (recruiter)

My client is a leading national provider of Smart Staffing solutions. They provide contract staffing, permanent placements and executive searches in the areas of technology, finance, account, and operations-government services-legal and global services.

They are expanding their firm and looking to bring on a new Business Development Manager (Account Executive-recruiter) in the Dallas area.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT Staffing experience in an agency setting with a successful track record
  • Has successfully developed, drove and executed comprehensive sales strategies for fortune 500 & 1000 organizations
  • Understands the MSP space is a plus (managed service programs)
  • Has sold to varies audiences within an organization (I.e. C-level, VP, Directors, HR, et)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationships with key personnel in prospective customer accounts
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process
  • Call other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery and implementation
  • Develop sales though, lead gen, cold calling, networking, in-person appointments with new and existing accounts

Base: $80k-$100k
