Account Executive

My client is the world’s leading provider of cloud-based social recognition software. They were named a Top place to work by the Boston Globe and one of the Best Workplaces in the US & Ireland by the Great Place To Work Institute.  They have been established since 1999 and have been growing at 35% year after year. They had a record quarter last quarter and have outstanding cash flow and no debt. 

They are expanding and looking for an Account Executive in 2 locations: 1. NY Metro 2. MI, IN, OH or KY (home based)

This position will be selling their full suite of employee recognition, employee engagement, social recognition and rewards and recognition software. You will be targeting their mid-market accounts (cross vertical) – companies with 2-10k employees.
Average sale price: $250k-$1.5 million // Average sale cycle: 9-12 months

Territory: 1. NY, NJ, DE // 2. OH, MI, IN, KY


  • Hunter (passionate/energetic) – outside sales
  • Complex sales cycle, larger/enterprise deals, longer sales cycles
  • Exceeded quota (3-5 years)
  • Cloud/SaaS software – big plus: HR, HCM software

Other Info:

  • $400 million in revenue (they want to grow to 1 billion in the next few years and on track to do that)
  • Clients include: fiserv, symantec, jetblue, Hershey, P&G, Intuit, CardinalHealth

Base: $90k-$100k
OTE: $180k-$200k
