Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

My client is a leading provider of Customer Experience management technology. They provide innovative solutions that drive differentiated customer experience at a reduced cost. Some of their major clients include: Staples, DirecTV, Nationwide Insurance, Priceline.com, Telefonica O2 (UK), Kabel Deutschland (Germany) and several other industry leaders worldwide.

They are growing and profitable and looking to bring on a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer in the Southeast (preferably Atlanta).

 Experience:

  • 5-7+ years Pre-sales
  • Has sold Contact center/ CXM solutions to CMOs, CXOs, CFOs
  • POC/SOW, architecture design
  • Experience in User Experience/User Interface and modern Web systems
  • Strong hands-on JavaScript/ Java/ C#
  • Experience defining enterprise software architectures (addressing topics like security, scalability, deployment, performance and risk management).

 Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sale to large Enterprise level accounts
  • Conduct demos, RFP responses etc
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology and go to market partners
