Head of New Partner Development

My client is a leader in cloud-based field service and fleet management solutions for companies with a mobile workforce. They’ve been named best place to work 9 years in a row.  Privately held, growing rapidly and profitable.

 

They are looking for a Head of New Partner Development (can be located anywhere in the US – remote position).
This person will be heading up the Partner Program with the responsibilities to enrich it across their field service, transportation and logistics solutions for businesses in adjacent industries and global markets.

  • Prospect and recruit potential partners
  • Business development for finding new VAR partners as well as ongoing management of those relationships
  • Work closely with channel marketing
  • Manage a team of 2 – 1 sales engineer and 1 Sr. AE – both have high tenure.

 

Experience:

  • Developed new, deep and sustainable relationships with business partners
  • Come from the transportation/logistics industry
  • Partner development, general business & sales

Base: $150-170k 
Total earnings with bonus/commissions: $250k
