Director of Culinary Operations

My client is a leading food processor producing frozen, canned, refrigerated, fresh, glass-packed and snack food items and they are looking to bring on a Director of Culinary Operations to join their growing team. The company is about $350 million in revenue and is privately held. My client plans on growing 20% this year, has a great company culture and has a competitive compensation structure to attract the right talent.

They are expanding their team and looking for a Director of Culinary Operations.  


  • Focus on development, implementation and execution of Culinary service standards by ensuring that all food presentations are quality focused and consistent
  • Responsible for overseeing Culinary procurement
  • Successfully leading and organizing the culinary systems in areas of COGs controls, waste management and budget
  • Assisting in new market R+D with the F+B leadership team
  • Leading the culinary systems, processes, partnerships within new markets
  • Ensure all safety and health regulations are met within the properties
  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience operations and leading progressive culinary teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Hand-on chef experience is a plus
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience – highly desirable

Base: 120-150k + 35%+ bonus
