  • Daily administration and support of AHEAD’s Salesforce platform, including but not limited to: user and account maintenance, data sharing, security, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, validations, process builder, flows and triggers
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Provide application users with technical support within a defined SLA
  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution
  • Provide high-level employee satisfaction for all deliverables, including all priority cases and enhancements
  • Log updates daily in work tracking systems
  • Regular participation in scrums and backlog planning meetings



  • 2+ Years of Salesforce Administration
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Customer Communities
  • Deep understanding of roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and the Salesforce security model
  • Proficient in workflow rules, field updates, email alerts, validation rules, process builder, and other Salesforce automation tools
  • Strong background with data management tools like data loader and import wizards
  • Knowledge of FinancialForce PSA a plus
  • Capable of building complex reports and dashboards
  • Familiar with Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
  • Skilled problem solver with the drive to follow issues through to completion
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple assignments
  • Work experience at a technology reseller or professional services firm preferred
