Regional Sales Manager

My client is a leading water filtration company. They company has been around for over 100 years and designed and patented one of the earliest water filters for municipal, industrial and military use. They have over 4000 installations across five continents. The company is about $60 million in revenue and are anticipating a 20% growth this year which is why they are looking to expand their sales team.


They are growing their sales team and looking for a Regional Sales Manager (home based) in the NJ/PA area. 
This person will be developing accounts in their surrounding states.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales revenues within assigned segments and region; maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve account enrichment goals.
  • Prospect new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and new customers; utilize analytical skills to understand customers changing business and technology issues and needs.
  • Communicate professionally internally and support initiatives driven by business heads and VP of Sales.

  • Experience with water treatment sales/water filtration systems
  • Consistent performance hitting sales targets on both an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.
  • A results-oriented team player.

 

Other Info:

  • $65 mil in revenue
  • 80% new business, 20% account management
  • Car allowance, gas card, cell/laptop provided

 

Base: $80-100k (depending on experience, can go higher)

OTE: $115-130k
