Territory Manager

My client is a nationally recognized small batch craft coffee roaster company for hospitality, grocery, and specialty cafes. Their quality coffees also brought home an Overall Chain Champion award at the North American Golden Bean Awards. They offer certified organics, estate-grown origin coffees, direct trade, fair trade, organic Iced teas and organic bottled cold brew.

Right now, they expanding and looking for a Territory Manager located in the Los Angeles Pasadena, California area.



  • 5+ years’ experience of direct premium specialty coffee or specialty craft beverage/food sales hunting experience
  • Consultative selling of products and services and properly managing the onboarding process of each new account
  • Must have an understanding of basic business principals and restaurant/café operations in order to add consultative value to potential customers
  • Must have recent, proven experience in and the ability to identify, develop and successfully close sales through existing relationships, warm leads and cold calls
  • Has experience selling into hospitality, hotels, cafes, restaurants etc
  • Responsibilities:
  • You’re a stalker— wired to hunt and seek out new relationships within the specialty coffee community and beyond
  • Organized and able to effectively manage potential customer funnel to ensure consistent onboarding of new business each month
  • Manager existing business
  • Have a deep knowledge of specialty coffee
  • Coordinate and execute all new customer training and marketing project support and accounts
  • Work with new customers to create value-added programs
