Customer Success Manager

My client is a leading provider of IT-GRC solutions. They are the only vendor that is a leader in all 6 out of 6 GRC evaluations by three independent analyst firms including 4 Gartner Magic quadrants, Forrester GRC wave, Chartis EGRC, and Oprisk! They have been around since 1999 and are about 200M in revenue.

They are growing rapidly and looking to bring on a Senior Sales Executive in San Fran, OR NYC.

 

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management/customer success/client management/sales roles
  • Experience with GRC solutions, applications and related use cases, preferably in the Fin serv vertical a plus
  • Focus on needs of the customer over everything else
  • Ability to accurately assess account health, diagnose client issues and build client-focused solutions to drive adoption and expansion
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level, executive, operational and technical;

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer across their life cycle and leverage best practices, programs and resources to drive customer experience
  • Understand customer landscape, build account plan and execute accordingly, including building executive relationships, ensuring stakeholders alignment, driving workshops, training and remediation activities, to drive customer and Company outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities, build pipeline and drive incremental ACV opportunities
  • Work with client to ensure financial obligations are understood and invoices are paid per contract commitments. 
  • Conduct Customer QBRs and regularly schedule updates.
