My client is a leading provider of customer experience management solutions. Their solutions help hundreds of the world’s leading brands, understand and improve their customer experience through the use of text analytics. They have seen growth at 30-40% year over year! They are growing and profitable and looking to bring on a Senior Account Executive in the NYC metro area.

 

Experience:

  • 5-10 yrs of Selling complex SaaS solutions to financial, insurance, health verticals
  • Experience in CXM like solutions is a plus
  • Experience managing renewals and upselling to key accounts and also acquired new business as well

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing relationships as well as close net-new accounts (Land and expand) 80/20 spilt
  • Develop expertise in the CXM space
  • Handle the entire sales cycle
