My client is a provider of a cloud automation and integration platform that allows enterprises to connect business software applications in the cloud and on premises.

They are expanding the team and looking for a Customer Success Manager in the NYC, Boston, Austin, or Dallas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience farming and growing relationships with enterprise customers
  • Prior experience working for a cloud SaaS software company
  • The ability to “land and expand”
  • Experience with digital transformation solutions
  • Experience working with PaaS technology is a PLUS

 

Base:  80-100K

OTE: 105-115K
