My client is a leading provider of Identity and Access Management solutions.  They are growing, profitable with an expected growth rate of 30%-40% yr over yr. They develop software with unique "Identity Intelligence" that helps organizations achieve regulatory compliance, improve internal controls and manage risks associated with the proliferation of enterprise-wide identity data. The have been named “Best places to work” for 9 years straight. There were also names a Glassdoor best places to work for (employee’s choice). 

They are growing, profitable and looking for a Director of Sales in the Mid-Atlantic.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role (player/coach)
  • 5+ years experience in Identity management or related security solutions/ SaaS
  • Experience selling at the Enterprise account level
  • Has Enterprise relationships  
  • Experience in the Security sw space

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6-8
  • Support and assist sales team in closing deals/client facing
  • Guide and mentor team. Set goals for Sales team and establish recognition plans around achievement
  • Responsible for managing our Mid Atlantic business and our team of sales professionals who sell to and support both end users and channel partners
