DevOps IVR Support Engineer

They are growing, profitable, and looking for a DevOps IVR Support Engineer in Seattle, WA to join their ongoing support and sustainment of IVR (interactive voice response) systems for key operations and business units throughout an enterprise wide environment

 

Requirements:

  • Avaya and/or Cisco telecom platforms
  • DevOps environment experience of at least two (2) years; CI/CD
  • You're highly communicative with IVR/VXML experience
  • Experience with automated testing tools and application performance tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL (IT Service Management) – incident management, problem management, release management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation, tier II/III incident management, maintenance/patching reboots, system health checks, enhancements, engineering/creation of a knowledge base and dashboards, analysis/design and implementation of script and config changes
  • Provide support across the full software development life-cycle for their AWS-based core social media infrastructure
