Sr. Sales Executive

My client is a leader in end to end IT lifecycle solutions for literally every type of major corporation in the retail market (and expanding to further verticals). They have 80 million in revenue growing at 10-15% year after year and anticipate another 10-15% growth this year.  They are still privately held with no debt.


Due to expansion of their team, they are looking for a Sales Executive in the Southeast – remotely based.

This person will be responsible for selling their full suite of solutions and services specifically a lot to the retail market – Tier 1 & Tier 2 (from specialty stores and department stores to DIY and restaurants) but also expanding to other verticals
This is 80% new business development, 20% existing accounts

Average deal size: $700k-1 million // Average Sale Cycle: 6 Months


Experience:

  • Hunter
  • Solution Selling (very important) this is not transactional- loss prevention systems & CCT TV (closed circuit)
  • Large enterprise deals
  • C-level selling
  • Retail experience not necessary – you can come from any enterprise software solutions background

Base: $100-120k (can go higher depending on experience) 
OTE: $150k+
