My client is a is a leading provider of packaging and supplies across the United States. They have been around for over 100 years and have continued to grow and expand globally. They have distribution centers across the US and globally and engage in distributing paper, packaging materials, and supply systems. They offer an expansive line of paper, printing, and corrugated packaging solutions.

They are growing and expanding looking for an Outside Sales Rep in the Green Bay, WI area.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a sales plan to reach target accounts.
  • Recognize customer needs, strong proven presentation skills; and ability to effectively manage a sales territory and the selling process.
  • Required experience is a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the paper and/or packaging industry with a successful track record of documented gross trade margin increases year over year.
  • The Outside Sales Representatives will be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach to develop new business based on their own long-term strategic relationships to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Responsibilities will be to uncover sales opportunities, develop new business, increase sales penetration and profits within the accounts that you service, develop knowledge of the products and services and provide information to build strong collaborative relationships.
