Manager, Client Strategy & Engagement

My client is the leading independent data management platform (DPM) and off the most widely used, trusted and comprehensive data exchange in the country.  They’ve been established since ’06, 50 million in revenue, self-funded and extremely profitable.


Due to expansion, they are looking for (2) Manager, Client Strategy & Engagement based in their NYC office.
- One to manage our largest agency client, Omnicom Media Group, on a global level, as well as 5-8 smaller agencies based in North America. Domestic and international travel required (flexible with scheduling). 

 - One to manage a book a business of 15-20 DMP clients, with the majority being publisher accounts (Hearst is the largest and highest priority) based in North America. Domestic travel required approx 1-5 days per month. 

 

You will work directly with some of the world’s largest online publishers and top-tier marketers and agencies to deliver best-in-breed client service

 

Experience:

  • Working at or with large agencies and working with large global client teams
  • Creation of internal and external project plans
  • Post-sale account management
  • The ability to navigate between all levels within the client’s organization
  • Churn prevention/upsell experience

Base: $100k (plus bonus)
