Regional Sales Manager

My client is a leader in video surveillance management systems – they are the fastest growing VMS company in America. They have been growing double digits (30%) year over year. They’ve been established since 1995, still privately held and profitable.

Right now, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Southern CA (remote based). This person will be selling the companies VMS (video management software) solutions to all verticals (large enterprise). This role is replacing the Director who had a dual role – so you will inherit some of his accounts.

Territory: SW Region (Southern CA, Southern NV and Hawaii)

OTE: $130-180k (accelerators on plan and don’t cap)
