Inside Sales Manager

My client is a leading provider of member management software solutions for affiliate boxes, gyms/fitness studios, martial art studios and MMA schools. They offer integrated payment processing, class and staff scheduling, member self-service, email marketing, Staff App, member mobile app for Android and Apple devices, workout tracking, automations, website and social integrations. Their solutions significantly reduce administrative time for business owners

They are growing and expanding and looking to bring on an Inside Sales Manager for their Highlands Ranch, CO office!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Empower and manage a team of sales closers
  • Create a passionate culture of success by exceeding sales objectives
  • Provide professional development for all sales team members
  • Partner with the marketing team to define strategy, and act as marketing liaison
  • Develop a deep understanding of gym best practices and our competitive landscap

Sales Performance & Enablement:

  • Execute sales plan, monitor progress of objectives, & adjust as necessary
  • Execute training curriculum & team training to improve sales results
  • Assist the Sales Development Team Lead in the development of our SDR program & people
  • Develop & teach scenario specific talk tracks to improve conversion rates
  • Regularly shadow sales reps and hold 1:1 coaching session
  • Use dashboards and analytics to enhance sales strategy
  • Sales forecasting and goal setting
  • Contribute to the optimization & efficiency of the sales process

 

Experience:

  • 3+ yrs of Inside sales experience with SaaS Products
  • Proven ability to select and manage high-performing resources and teams
  • Excellent team building and management skills
  • Passion for fitness or sports: i.e. CrossFit, Martial Arts, Yoga, etc.
  • Direct sales experience on a highly leveraged compensation model
