SVP, Sales

My client is a global provider of consumer electronics that include mobile accessories, power/audio products, GoPro/drone accessories, etc. The company is about $50 million in revenue, has been in business for almost 30 years and is looking to expand their team. 

They are growing their sales team and looking for an SVP, Sales based in the NY/NJ area to essentially be the “Face of the Company”. This person will be managing 5 brand Presidents.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales revenues within assigned segments and region; maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve account enrichment goals.
  • Manage 5 brand Presidents
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and new customers; utilize analytical skills to understand customers changing business and technology issues and needs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a team of salespeople/sales managers
  • Experience with multiple brands
  • Knows P&L
  • Cell phone, cell phone accessory, electronics background
  • Consistent performance hitting sales targets on both an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.
  • Experience in selling value added services to international clients.
  • A results-oriented team player.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

OTE: $350-400k
